Building Information Modeling is a digital scaled model of a building and building systems that provides exceptional coordination between disciplines and communication with all parties involved.

LEED

LEED EB O&M:

Is primarily for existing buildings with no prior LEED Certification. Certification is based on actual performance.

 

LEED EB – Re-Certification:

All previous LEED Certified Buildings must recertify every 5 years to maintain their status as a LEED Certified Building.

 

 

 



 

Energy Public Act 2005 (EPAct) Federal Tax Incentive as much as $1.80 a square foot for energy efficient upgrades or energy efficient new construction.
