  Cleanrooms

  Cleanroom Design and Certification is a specialized service that we provide to for a diverse group of clients including Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, and Laboratories. Our Cleanroom services include:

• • -Performance Testing
  • -Certification
  • -Design / Engineering Services
  • -USP Standards, specializing in USP 797

 

• In addition to the above design, analytical, and certification services, we provide “turnkey” solutions. Our turnkey solution provides our clients with single source expertise from design conception to fully operational Cleanroom.
  

  Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  We promote and perform Building Information Modeling (BIM) for all our engineering design projects. We feel strongly that by promoting BIM we can ensure that the building systems are properly coordinated before construction begins and equip the owner with cutting edge technology and information which provides the opportunity to maximize the life cycle of the facility.

  In addition to design phase BIM, we offer BIM Coordination Services (construction phase). BIM Coordination Services is the engine the drives the entire BIM process.

  
  

  Energy Engineering

  We perform energy modeling for all engineering design projects to analyze the selection the optimum HVAC system for the facility / project.  In addition, as a consulting service, we provide energy modeling for compliance with the following:

• • -ASHRAE 90.1-2004 – Appendix G
  • -EPAct (Energy Policy Act ) compliance
  • -LEED NC Certification – EA Preq 2 and Credit 1
  • -LEED EBOM Certification – EA Preq 2 and Credit 1
