Blodgett Campus
Chilled Water Plant including Chilled Water Plant Expansion & Upgrades: Improvements to the existing chilled water plant serving the Blodgett Campus to improve energy efficiency and provide sufficient capacity for the new hospital addition. The Expansion included replacing (2) existing 1000 ton chillers with new 1200 ton chillers, replacing the cooling towers, new chiller plant variable primary variable secondary control system, upgrading both primary and secondary pumps and retrofitting the campus with variable secondary control. Total connected capacity = 2,900 tons.

Spectrum Health Power Plants
Complete BIM services for both cooling tower and heating plants for Spectrum Health Blodgett and Butterworth Campuses.

Benzie County Medical Care Facility
Quality of Life Expansion including 51,000-sf of new construction, 30,000-sf of major renovations

Warwick Medical Care Facility
